Jonathan Willemain is a great trainer. He knows what he is talking about and he cares for his clients very much and wants to make sure they are meeting their goals.
John did a great job of learning my goals and going through a program that helped complement my cycling endeavors. John also gave lots of background and education on what the exercise routines were trying to accomplish.
I did personal training with Jonathan for almost a year, and my fitness levels have increased substantially. He is very knowledgeable about technique so as to avoid any risks of injury, which has been a problem for me in the past with previous fitness attempts. He meets you at the fitness level you are at and builds from there. He also provided motivation by offering me lot of fitness resources and information.
